First and foremost, from the month of July to October every year, East African countries that is Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda experience a high number of holidaymakers. Most of the hotels are fully booked and tourist attractions sites are crowded. The months of January to June are recommended since the months do not have high numbers of holidaymakers, hotel rooms are available and the overall vacation cost is discounted.

Accommodation in East African countries located in the wilderness varies from tented camps to modern lodges. Each tented camp has an inbuilt washroom, an electricity supply from the solar system, a hot and cold shower, a dining room, and a fireplace. Meals offered are international cuisines.

East African countries are safe for travel. Though precautions should be taken for example; not walking in streets at night or wee hours, especially in towns, or traveling towards places that have been red-listed due to security concerns.

East African local communities are very much welcoming with a smile gesture as they shake one hand.

From one curiosity and scene of adventure, it's recommended that one pack comfortable and casual clothing. East African power supply in town is through electricity while in tented camps and lodges in the wilderness is the solar system. The voltage supply is 220-240 volts. The plugs used are g-type, though an alternative appliance to connect to the socket.
