Booking
To make your booking, please make sure you have the correct names, nationality, and dates of birth of all travelers as indicated on their passport copies. If an accommodation facility is fully booked, an alternative property of a similar range/standard and location will be offered.

Prices
All prices are based on costs at the time of publication. Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions reserves the right to change the prices at any time before the booking is made. Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions will confirm price changes if any together with our confirmation of your booking. For all the trips, rates within East African countries will be given in USD (United States of America Dollars) and are subject to change in case of substantial variation of the exchange rate.

Payments
When you make the payment with us, it is assumed that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. An advance payment of 35% of the total booking value within 7 days is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 65% should be cleared 45 days prior to the commencement date of the trip. If payments have not been received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Payment methods accepted include; Bank wire transfers and credit card payments. All transaction charges incurred should be included in the total amount paid by the client.

Cancellation
A) If a client cancels a tour up to 60 days prior to the commencement date of the tour, the deposit is lost. B) If a client cancels the tour 30 days prior to the commencement date of the tour, a penalty fee of 85% will apply. C) In case of cancellation made less than 16 days before the commencement of your tour, no refunds will be given. D) In case of no-shows, unused services during the tour, or termination of the tour, no refunds will be given.

Alternations
Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions reserves the right to make changes both before and after the booking has been made. The client will be notified about the changes at an earlier possible opportunity. In case of change of service prices, such as park fees, government levies, and airport taxes that are not in the control of Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions. The changes supplements will be charged to clients directly.

Force Majeure
This refers to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions. These circumstances include; war, civil strife, industrial disputes, adverse weather effects, fire, terrorist activities, political chaos, government actions, and all similar events beyond our control. Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions shall not be liable for any compensation or response for any expenses or losses the client might incur.

Liability
Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions has no direct day-to-day control of its supplies, and will not be liable for any loss or expenses arising from the loss of property, cancellation, or curtailment of the tour however caused. Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions shall not be liable for any refund, either total or partially paid. Savannah Wanderlust Expeditions recommends its clients to take out the necessary insurance to protect against such an eventuality.

Complaints.
Should a problem occur during travel, it should be communicated immediately to the tour manager through email writing setting out the complaint in detail. Should any legal dispute arise, it must be settled in Nairobi, Kenya.
